陳奕迅於2007年10月25日起至11月5日共12場的《Moving On Stage 1演唱會》，門票開售以來反應熱烈，已三度加場。忙於籌備即將舉行的演唱會的Eason，以2007年度新專輯《Listen to Eason Chan》來會樂迷，他親自為唱片當監製，兼寫了三首歌。唱片以舞曲為主題，十首新歌中率先曝光之作有〈Crying in the Party〉，黎小田作曲，歌詞中寫出時下派對參加者的情緒喜怒哀樂。

除了新碟及演唱會，Eason馬不停蹄為電影《兄弟》進行宣傳工作，電影中兩位主角Eason與劉德華為電影合唱國語主題曲〈兄弟〉，分別由陳奕迅作曲、劉德華填詞，曲中道盡兄弟之間的英雄情義。
