Japanese crossover/fusion is hot once again! Emerging as an evolution or a spin-off from the global city pop revival, Japanese fusion has rapidly surged in popularity since around last year.

This is the group's 13th studio album overall, and their second release on AURA, their own label established under Polydor.
Following a string of overseas recordings, they invited no guest musicians for this album. Instead, they settled into their home base at the time, STUDIO JIVE, to record strictly as a band.

As a result, the album marks a return to the group's roots, offering a fresh, vibrant, and lively sound.

Alongside their live staple "SUPER SONIC MOVEMENT," the album is packed with new musical experiments. These include "Inishie (Old Times)," which overflows with traditional Japanese atmosphere, "SOLID SWING," a techno-infused big band-style jazz track, and the high-speed Latin funk tune "RED ZONE."

This release also marked the final Casiopea album featuring the legendary rhythm section of Tetsuo Sakurai and Akira Jimbo.
