Tina Turner’s iconic solo career began with the recording of ‘Good Hearted Woman’ in 1974 even before she’d recorded ‘Tina Turns The Country On’. This vinyl re-release uses a transfer of the master tapes and the printed inner sleeve features illuminating liner notes finally revealing the background of these recordings. This album now features the originally intended photograph Tina Turner personally selected for the front cover plus other rare and previously unpublished imagery. A great deal of care has been taken to present the highest quality audio, in lavish packaging, which far exceeds the quality of any previous edition of this album.
