Gym and Swim is a pioneer of the city pop movement in the Thai indie scene known to garner a lot of attention from overseas.

Based on a homage to pure pop music of the 0’s, an arrangement unique to ‘Gym and Swim’ was added to create a euphoric masterpiece! The main vocalist this time is Pong, a guitarist who is also active as a unit “Plastic Plastic”. This coupling includes a special remix version with a high chill-out feeling by Jurassic by Pew of Thai ally band “TELEx TELEXs”.
